Refunds Policy
General Policy
All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any coaching services. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our programs, all sales are generally considered final.
No-Show Policy
Sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a “no-show” and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Failure to adhere to the prescribed program or plan.
• Failure to complete required check-ins, tasks, or workout submissions.
• Failure to disclose medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may have affected program outcomes.
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice).
• Dissatisfaction resulting from the use of recommended third-party products or services, as the Coach bears no liability for such products.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us at clumsyiscooking@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, program details, and supporting evidence of program compliance. All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Clumsy and is subject to the governing laws of the State of Kuwait.
