An hour-long consultation session held at a cafe of your choice where we can discuss your lifestyle, eating habits, and goals and come up with a simple but effective plan to get you there. 

By the end of the session you will have a clear plan to move forward that includes food quantities and quality, as well as lifestyle considerations. We will be break down the plan into easy, actionable steps that you can start immediately.

Within 3 working days you'll also receive via e-mail a digital file that outlines the plan and everything we discussed during the session so you can look back to it whenever needed.
